A home reimagined.

A residential development designed and steered by HOME. The property was transformed into a four-bedroom home with two bathrooms, open-plan living and a cinema room, while retaining the character of its stone frontage.

We consider layout potential, site constraints, likely construction scope and the information needed to assess a scheme. Additional floor space is only worthwhile if there is a practical way to create it.

Test accommodation, efficient space planning, kerb appeal and specification against the intended buyer or occupier. We can help compare refurbishment, extension and development options.

Keep the appraisal grounded

Assess build allowances, professional fees, programme, contingency and planning risk together. Market values need current comparable evidence and, where appropriate, an independent valuation. Planning consent and investment returns cannot be guaranteed.
