HOME Group NW Ltd uses the details you provide to respond to your enquiry and manage the next steps for your project. This form does not sign you up to marketing.
Project enquiries
We store your contact details, postcode, selected service, project stage, intended timing and message. Calculator enquiries also include your project choices and indicative estimate. These details are held on our website hosting in a password-protected owner enquiry dashboard. We use them to respond to your request and take steps towards a service you may choose to commission.
We may add internal follow-up notes and project status. If transactional email delivery is connected, our hosting mail service processes the contact details needed for an acknowledgement and a notification to HOME. We keep enquiry information only while it is needed for the project or relevant business and record-keeping purposes, and review it when an enquiry closes.
Development videos
The Property Investments page offers YouTube videos. No YouTube player is loaded until you choose to play a film. Loading a player connects your browser to YouTube, which receives connection and device information and may use cookies during playback. This choice is separate from optional site analytics. You can instead follow a link to watch on YouTube. See Google’s privacy policy.
Optional measurement
If you choose “Allow measurement”, we count page views, calculator steps and contact-button clicks. Counts are grouped by day, page and action; they do not identify a visitor. These are event counts, not unique visitor totals. When enabled by HOME, Google Analytics 4 also measures visits and interactions using cookies, only after you allow measurement. Google receives technical browser and device information and events such as viewing an estimate or submitting an enquiry. Our analytics events do not include your name, email, phone number, postcode, project notes or enquiry reference. Google may process data outside the UK. Advertising storage and advertising personalisation are disabled. You can decline measurement or withdraw permission using Privacy choices at the bottom of any page. Declining does not affect enquiries or the calculator. Read Google’s privacy policy for information about its processing.
Your choice is remembered in this browser. With permission, campaign tags are kept in this tab’s session storage so they survive navigation between pages, and are saved with any enquiry you submit. Without permission, enquiries still work and campaign tracking stays off. Use “Privacy choices” to change your decision; declining clears the campaign stored in the current tab.
Essential operation
Your display-theme preference is stored on your device. Hosting and security systems process technical request information to operate and protect the website. Enquiry forms use short-lived, hashed request-address counters to limit abuse; raw addresses are not stored in the enquiry database.
